To complete an order, add items to cart, click “checkout” and follow future steps. Login is for returning customers only, registration is optional. Items are held in the shopping cart permanently. Orders are processed securely by Paypal – the world’s leading secure payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. After you place an order, you will see a “success” message on the screen. You will also receive an email order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Orders take up to 1 full work day to process. Orders are processed daily.
Credit Card Declines
If you receive an on screen message that your credit card has been declined, that message has been communicated to us from your credit card company. Declines are always issued by your bank, not our system. If your credit card has been declined for any other reason, please call the number on the back of your credit card and ask them why it has been declined. If it is a security measure, you can ask them to clear it for you and then submit your order again. Please do not submit your order multiple times if it is declined.
Sonic Temple does not share personal information under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to process your order. Credit card information is not retained by our system and no human ever sees your credit card number. You can only be charged for the orders you place. It is not possible for your credit card to be charged except when you click to place your order. Your name, address, phone and email address are stored in your account and can be changed or deleted at any time by logging in with your password, this applies only if you create an account during the check-out process. Personal information is not stored locally and is never shared for any reason.
Shipping & Order Tracking
All orders are promptly shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates via Emirates Post or Priority Mail International. We do not offer any other shipping methods. We do not offer expedited shipping.
In general orders are usually processed the same or next day. Busy times like holidays can cause longer shipping times, up to 2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours for processing the tracking number.
Please check your spam folder if you do not see your order and tracking emails. You can also log in to your account to receive the tracking number. Please note if you see a message that your order is “processing,” that means the tracking information has not been received yet.
We cannot control where packages are left. Please make prior arrangements with your postal worker to make sure delivery will be secure.
Sonic Temple ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Emirates Post International Priority Mail. Delivery will be made by your local post office or customs office. International orders may be subject to import duty, fees and VAT according to the import laws of your country. International mail takes 11-15 days depending on customs clearance. You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Some countries do not have online tracking. If your country does not offer online tracking with the Postal Service, then you will not be able to track your order online after it leaves the UAE. Please check with your local customs office or local post office for all delivery questions. If you do not receive your order within 20 days, please check with your local customs office or post office. International orders are often sitting waiting for customers to pick up at the local customs office or post office.
Wholesale orders are welcome for any business interested in reselling sonic tools. Please contact us for more information. Wholesale orders are prepaid through Paypal directly. We do not offer credit terms. We do not offer consignment or any type of payment plan. Orders may be returned within 15 days for refund. The return policy is not a trial period! Returns are accepted only for valid reasons. We do not ship sonic tools to test the sound or try them out. Please choose carefully by previewing the photo and sound samples. Quality is assured. You will receive the exact tool you’re purchasing. All sales are final! If there is a problem with your order and it needs to be returned for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of your return, the items and accessories will be inspected and a refund issued by the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-7 days after receiving the return. It may take longer to see the refund on your credit card statement. Refunds will not be given for damaged, altered or missing products. We must pay fees for credit card transactions and additional fees for credit card refunds. We also pay warehouse and packaging fees. In many cases, we subsidize extra shipping and processing costs. Due to our everyday low prices and large discounts, we request customers pay the actual fees we incur for all returns. The restocking fee is 10% of the purchase amount and only covers our real expenses to handle your return, including handling, repackaging and credit card fees. Shipping fees are not refundable.
